Terms of use

Havdone is a personal tool for recording things you have completed, finding a small first action when something feels difficult to start, and looking back at your Proof history.

Havdone is not a medical device or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat or manage ADHD or any other medical, neurodevelopmental or mental-health condition. Nothing in Havdone is medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional when you need clinical support.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Havdone.

You may begin with a guest account and without giving us an email address. A guest account may be tied to the app installation on your device. If you delete the app, sign out or lose the device before saving your progress, you may lose access to that account and its entries.

You can save progress with email and password or use an available Apple or Google sign-in option. You must give accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe the account has been compromised. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, its terms also apply and we cannot restore access to the provider account for you.

Your entries remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

You give us only the permission needed to operate Havdone: to store, back up, transmit, process and display your content back to you. That permission ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to temporary provider backups and records we must keep by law.

You are responsible for what you enter and must not store content you have no right to use.

• Break the law through Havdone or use it to harm anyone.
• Access or attempt to access another person’s account or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Interfere with the service or bypass rate limits, security controls or paid features.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or access to it.

Havdone Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and has nothing to cancel. The free version includes unlimited logging, account sync, history, reminders and Proof for the current and previous two calendar months. Pro unlocks the complete historical Proof archive.

• Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play, never directly from us.
• The store supplies the price in your local currency and charges your store account at confirmation.
• The purchase belongs to your store account, not your Havdone account. Use Restore purchase on a device signed in to the same store account to restore it.
• Deleting your Havdone account does not refund or cancel the purchase.

Apple and Google handle refunds. We cannot issue, approve or reverse them. Request an iOS refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or review Android orders in Google Play. Contact us if you need help identifying the purchase.

Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights, although those rights can be affected when digital content is supplied immediately. Your statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of Havdone. Where a significant change is within our control, we will give reasonable advance notice when practicable. We do not promise that every feature or the service itself will always remain available.

You may stop using Havdone at any time. You can end this agreement by deleting your account through Account → Delete your account and removing the app.

We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security risk, or if the law requires us to. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to put the problem right.

Havdone is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law permits, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that data can never be lost. Keep a separate copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or avoidable loss caused by your failure to follow reasonable instructions or keep suitable copies of important information.

Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains governed by applicable law. These terms do not reduce the rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory law may also let you bring proceedings where you live.

If you obtained Havdone through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to maintain or support Havdone.
• If Havdone fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the extent the law permits, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for claims relating to Havdone.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
